Security Supervisor

Security Supervisor job vacancy in Doha, Qatar. We are a smart-mobility provider that will be offering Qatar a new array of mobility products including e-assist bicycles and electric scooters.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

·     The primary responsibility of this position is to assist customers in completing calls.

·       Monitor and respond appropriately to a variety of alarm signals on the field.

·       Answer multiple telephone lines. Respond to each caller in a professional and helpful manner while gathering information.

·       Response must be timely and accurate, with particular attention given to general procedures and special instructions to guide our customers.

·       Transfer calls to the right operation team to take quick and necessary actions on the field.

·       Communicate and analyze customer inquiries and determine the correct course of action. The follow-up to assure customer expectations are met.

.       Collaborate with the medical and security forces to help our customers in case of emergency

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Education: High school diploma; Further education in security administration or similar field will be an asset

Experience:

–       Proven experience as a Security Expert or a similar position in the transportation or logistics industries in Qatar.  (mandatory)

–       Good knowledge of the roads and transportations infrastructures in all Qatar (mandatory)

Specific skills:

·       Excellent Verbal Communication Skill in English (mandatory)

·       Professional and polite telephone manner with the customer and local authorities (mandatory)

·       Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures in Qatar

·       Experience using relevant technology and equipment

·       Analytical and logical thinker

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·       Reliable and trustworthy

·       Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

·       A great attitude and ability to work well with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
