Inventory Analyst

Inventory Analyst job vacancy in Doha, Qatar. We are a smart-mobility provider that will be offering Qatar a new array of mobility products including e-assist bicycles and electric scooters.

We are looking for a competent Inventory Analyst to monitor and report on the company’s inventory.

A successful Inventory Analyst is a reliable professional with excellent record-keeping abilities. They possess great attention to detail and a business mindset, and to ensure that all business operations have adequate material to achieve their objectives.

Inventory Analyst: RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

·       Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures

·       Ensure e-scooters and e-bikes stock is adequate and can cover direct demand from each zone

·       Review and validate inbound/outbound transactions

·       Use the provided tool to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory

·       Analyze data to anticipate future needs

·       Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met

·       Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.

·       identify and suggest improvements/Cost Savings through data mining and analysis.

·       Produce periodic Reports on inventory activity, stock levels and adjustments

·       Other related tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
·       Education degree level – business administration. logistics or relevant field

·       Experience:

·       05 years of proven experience as a Inventory Analyst or similar position in transportation or logistic industries in Qatar.  (mandatory)

·       Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) (mandatory)

Specific skills:

·       Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports

·       Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods

·       Strong attention to details, and able to enforce processes

·       Analytical and logical thinker

·       Good English language skills

·       Personal characteristics.

·       Reliable and trustworthy

·       Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

·       A great attitude and ability to work well with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams (mandatory)
