Assisted by: Accommodation Supervisors, Cleaners and Maintenance Team
Job Responsibilities:
The Main Responsibilities of the appointed Property Administrator is to Manage the various aspects of the Accommodation matters that, includes and is not limited to Accommodation Cleanliness, Allocation of Bed Space, Discipline, Invoicing Matters, scheduled preventive Maintenance, Pest control, Waste Management and be the focal point of communication between the Head Office and the Employees accommodated at the various Accommodations.
Main Responsibilities:
To coordinate and ensure that all aspects of the Property Administrative requirements by meeting and complying with the standards and guidelines set by Falcon Samsic, reporting to the Director of Operations, Planning, Development & Training.

1. QID
2. Driving License
3. NOC
4. Can join immediately
5. Have experience in Security Field
