Looking for a Farm Agriculture Supervisor, who is extremely passionate about Farming and able to handle all farm operations, with minimum 2- 3 years (GCC) agricultural experience in a farm agriculture supervisory role.
Requirements and Specialization:
Proven expertise in hydroponics, modern farming systems, and advanced agricultural technology.
Management of the agricultural farm team including tilling soil, planting, irrigating, storing crops, maintaining machines and assigning fields or rows to workers.
Strong skills in managing an integrated system of crops, fodder, fertilizers, and organic/biological pesticides.
Inspection of crops and fields to determine maturity and yield to ensure quality outcomes.
Determine and resource plan the number of workers required to perform works and schedule activities.
Responsible for achieving the farm production targets by ensuring information is collected and used to manage all related to it.
Strong analytical ability of Farm management, Vegetable production, Nursery management and plantation etc.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate innovation and the ability to deliver tangible results in improving agricultural productivity.
