Job Description: Sales Executive

Reports to: Managing Director

Tasks:

·Lead Generation – segmented by industry and/or geographical area

·For new accounts, handling pipeline as well as incoming enquiries

·Ensure that CRM computer system is kept up to date with the accounts, contacts, emails sent and meeting notes actioned by the team members working on CRM

·Take corrective action as required to ensure the monthly and quarterly revenue targets are met and manage company cash flow

·Maintain hard copies and soft copies of all vendor agreements and invoices as well as other company documents

.Ensure that confidential company documents – whether in printed or electronic format are kept confidential and not shared with anyone outside of the company

· Confidential documents include but are not limited to member database and Industry partner agreements

·  Ensure that the team uses CRM, LinkedIn and other similar platforms to make full use of these tools

·  Set creative and effective strategies to increase lead conversion rate

·  Assist the Marketing Manager with content for social media posts and emailers

·  Maintain regular contact with the Partners as requested by the Managing Director – via telephone calls, emails and/or face to face meetings.

·  Managing Supplier database

·  Assist the team with scheduling of appointments and following up of Sales related tasks

·  Assist in the pre-events planning tasks and during events as required

·  Any and all other tasks as may be assigned by the Managing Director

Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Sales Manager Qualifications/Skills:

Developing budgets

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
2__ years of sales experience
Proven track record of positive sales performance
