Job Title: Female Sales Coordinator
Department: Sales & Admin
Act as a point of contact for customers, fallow up for payments, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on products or services.
Ensure timely and effective communication between customers and the sales team.
Handle customer complaints and work towards their resolution in a professional manner.
Documentation and Coordination:
Organize and schedule sales meetings, appointments, and presentations.
Prepare sales materials and presentations for client meetings.
Maintain and organize sales files, contracts, and other documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role is advantageous.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
