Cisco Telepresence solutions which Includes CMS, TMS, Cisco WebEx and various video end point devices
Advanced knowledge in Telecom operations support (PBX, IVR, Carrier Ops, Call Processing, and Network Management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, Design, Implement and Support Unified Contact Center Enterprise(UCCE) & CUCM infrastructure.
· Serve as a technical support engineer for hardware installation, configuration, and operational support of Telecom solutions.
· Design, Support and hands on experience with Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise system which includes Cisco ICM, CVP, Cisco Finesse, CUIC Reporting and Cisco ECE.
· Understanding of Basic Networking concepts of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, TFTP etc.
Educational and Technical Qualifications/ Certifications:
· University degree in Telecoms/ Electrical/Communication Engineering.
· Minimum CCNP Certification in Collaboration/Voice.
Years and Nature of Experience:
· Minimum of 5+ years of UCCE/UC experience.
· Deep expertise in Telecom solutions including maintenance and implementation of Cisco systems and other types of architectures.
· Advanced knowledge in Telecom operations support (PBX, IVR, Carrier Ops, Call Processing, and Network Management.
Location: Qatar Doha
Language Skills:
· Written and Spoken English is essential, Arabic is preferred
