We are currently looking for a qualified Facilities Manager with below Qualification & Experience
FACILITIES MANAGER
Job Purpose:
• The Facilities Manager represents the service provider in all matters relating to the Facility Management contract. Job Responsibilities:
• To take the overall responsibility for delivering functional goals including operational uptime, compliance, financial and people development.
• Responsible for implementing the maintenance procedures to be followed in accordance with the operating and maintenance manuals, the planned maintenance system and any other recommendations that become necessary over time.
• To anticipate and plan for future requirements in the Facility. Act as consultant and advice the client.
• Responsible for ensuring the plant is maintained economically, efficiently and safely according to good engineering practices and to prolong the life of the systems.
• Liaise with customers and operations and create and develop a relationship with the client. Manage stocks of supplies, tools and equipment.
• Monitor and control maintenance costs.
Qualifications:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering Experience & Skills:
• 15 years of relevant maintenance management experience in compatible facility. 5 years should be within the GCC region, MMUP certification an advantage
• Working knowledge of Museums; experience in MEP systems with good knowledge of humidity and climate control.
• Understanding of CAFM Systems
TRANSFERABLE VISA AND NOC IS REQUIRED
