We are now looking for a Commercial Sales Manager to spearhead sales growth across Doha and the GCC region, ensuring profitability and strengthening FROMM’s position as a leader in the luxury furniture market.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership
Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue across retail, wholesale, and project sales channels.
Oversee the pricing and profitability of collections to meet target margins and ensure financial success.
Provide strategic insights on market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
Commercial Oversight
Analyze and set competitive pricing structures for retail and wholesale markets.
Identify target costs to maintain profitability without compromising brand positioning.
Advise on pricing strategies for projects to meet financial targets while aligning with market expectations.
Business Development & Market Expansion
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, architects, developers, and designers.
Expand FROMM’s market presence by identifying and developing new sales opportunities across the GCC region.
Collaborate with partners to ensure FROMM collections are integrated into high-profile projects.
Collaboration with Teams
Partner with the marketing team to design impactful sales campaigns aligned with seasonal launches and brand objectives.
Provide actionable feedback to the design team regarding customer preferences and market demands.
Performance Monitoring
Track sales performance and profitability metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize results.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
Experience: 7–10 years in sales or commercial management within the luxury furniture, design, or high-end retail sectors.
Commercial Acumen: Proven expertise in pricing strategies, margin analysis, and profitability optimization.
Sales Leadership: Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing high-value sales pipelines.
Market Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Doha and GCC market dynamics and networks in the retail and project sectors.
Languages: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Personality
A strategic thinker with a strong focus on results.
Collaborative and adaptable, capable of building relationships across diverse markets.
Innovative and resourceful, with the ability to navigate challenges in competitive environments.
