Trading Billing and Sales Coordinator
1. Prepares customer invoices, ensuring complete, timely and accurate invoice package sent to customer.
2. Communicates with Project Managers on customer pricing, invoices package and system questions.
3. Tracks the status of supplier invoices.
4. Maintain and update Billing reports.
5. Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
6. Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
7. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
8. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
9. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
10. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
11. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
12. Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
13. Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
14. Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
15. Handling Warehouse Sales and Operations
16. Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
17. Receiving and sorting daily mail
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree Or Equivalent
2. Minimum of 3 year of experience in billing, accounts payable, reception and Sales Coordinator Field
3. To be successful candidate must have prior high-volume invoicing and collective invoicing experience.
4. Knowledge in Sales Coordinator and Reception Handling
5. Knowledge of customer base and billing requirements, customer terms and conditions, customer pricing, and customer billing package requirements.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated analytical skills.
7. PC skills (preferably Microsoft Windows: Word and Excel); experience with SAP desirable.
8. Must be able to satisfactory work in high peak workload situations.
9. Strong Productivity and Dependability process skills.
10. Demonstrated customer service orientation.
11. Strong, mature and confident, with a high degree of personal motivation and energy. Pro-active.
12. Must provide strong leadership, communication, problem solving, and team skills.
13. Proven experience as billing coordinator or similar position
