Qualifications:
✓3-5 years Experience as Head Baker in hotels or bakery
✓ Team Management and leadership
✓ Ability to identify quality and problems.
✓ Close attention to detail, especially when inspecting the final products that goes out from the kitchen
✓ Insured quality and following the company rules and standards.
✓ Ability to solve problems,execute orders.
✓Resourceful and ability to create new bread ideas.
✓Self motivated and passionate on his job.
✓Problem solver is a must.
