We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for our hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Assign work duties to team members.
- Conduct routine inspections of all check-out rooms and perform spot checks of occupied rooms.
- Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues.
- Regularly inspect service areas, store rooms, and corridors.
- Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and other projects.
- Manage and train Room Attendants and other team members to ensure performance meets required standards.
- Efficiently manage stock control and equipment maintenance.
- Provide excellent guest service, including catering to VIP and other special requirements.
- Ensure adherence to hotel brand standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Only candidates of Asian nationality are eligible to apply.
- Minimum of 2 years of hotel working experience in Qatar.
- Must be ready to join immediately with an NOC.
