Hands Qatar is a well-established contracting and engineering company offering professional services across various sectors in Qatar. The company is currently looking for a dedicated HR & Admin Assistant to support daily HR operations, employee relations, and administrative functions.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Qatar
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Duty Hours: 9 hours
F.A.T: Provided by company
Requirements:
• Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Hands-on experience in ERP
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly payroll, leave settlements, resignation/termination settlements
• Collect and check daily, weekly, and monthly timesheets
• Maintain and update HR forms
• Assist with job posting and advertisement placement on various job boards and company websites
• Coordinate interviews, including scheduling and communicating with candidates
• Assist in the new hire onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientations
• Collect and process new hire documentation (PP, QID, Medical Certificates, etc.)
• Maintain employee records, both in physical files and electronic HR information systems
• Monitor and track employee attendance, leave requests, and paid time off
• Assist in managing time and attendance systems and ensure accurate records
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related issues
• Help in resolving minor employee disputes or conflicts
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, answering calls, and managing appointment schedules
