Requirements:
· Candidates must be locally available in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID.
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
· Minimum 8 years of overall HR experience.
· At least 5 years of specialized experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations.
