London Education Centre in Qatar is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment efforts while also supporting essential office administrative and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

– Collaborate with hiring manager to understand recruitment needs and job requirements.

– Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.

– Review applications and conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the roles.

– Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and provide timely updates to hiring managers.

– Assist in the creation and posting of job descriptions and advertisements.

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

Office Administration & Maintenance:

– Support general office administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.

– Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

– Coordinate office events, meetings, and appointments as needed.

– Handle basic maintenance requests and liaise with relevant service providers for repairs and upkeep.

– Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance productivity and professionalism.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

– Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the recruitment process.

– Familiarity with various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

– Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

– A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to take initiative.
