HVAC Estimation Engineer required for Qatar
We are looking for an MEP Estimation Engineer with expertise in HVAC, Fire Protection, and Fire Suppression Systems for Oil & Gas industrial buildings and substations in Qatar.
Job Responsibilities
• Prepare bids, conduct site surveys, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractors
• Estimate resources for MEP, HVAC, Fire Protection, and Fire Suppression Systems
• Interpret technical documents, drawings, and scope of work
• Prepare tender documents, technical and commercial queries
• Design MEP, HVAC, Fire Protection, and Fire Suppression Systems for tendering purposes
• Conduct detailed BOQ reviews and take off BOQs from drawings
Requirements
• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• 6 to 10 years of experience in MEP, HVAC, Fire Protection, and Fire Suppression System estimation for Oil & Gas industrial buildings and substations
• Knowledge of EPC, construction, maintenance, turnaround, shutdown, and brownfield modification projects
• Previous Gulf experience preferred in technical and supervisory roles
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.); knowledge of Primavera/MS Project is a plus
