We are looking for a Marketing and Communication Manager who works for a mission in his/her life. We are looking for someone who gets inspired by a vision and motivated for a mission. Responsibilities: 

Develop, implement, review and improve ibTECHar’s branding strategy
Develop, implement, review and improve ibTECHar’s communication strategy
Develop, implement, review and improve ibTECHar’s communication plans
Develop, implement, review and improve ibTECHar’s sub-brands branding strategy
Develop, implement, review and improve ibTECHar’s sub-brands communication strategy
Develop, implement, review and improve ibTECHar’s sub-brands communication plans
Manage the scope of websites development, improvement, and operations
Manage and support the company in new initiatives that will enforce our position
Build relationships with newspapers representatives to support ibTECHar’s positioning
Build relationships with client’s PR, Marketing, and Communication representatives to liaise operations on common projects

Manage events strategy, logistics, planning, and execution
Build the right processes to enable smooth operations for the MEC unit
Manage the MEC team to achieve set objectives by the CEO
Set scope, objectives, goals, and tasks for the MEC team
Manage freelancers to achieve ibTECHar’s requirements
Set scope, objectives, goals, and tasks for freelancers
Manage agencies to achieve ibTECHar’s requirements
Set scope, objectives, goals, and tasks for agencies
Support the company in automating marketing and communication operations
Support team members on relevant operations matters
Assure executing brand guidelines across all internal and external communications

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant major
Proven work experience as a marketing manager, or relevant role for five years
Experience in managing strategy, implementing strategy, managing teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
Excellent presentation skills in both Arabic and English
Ability to assign roles, tasks and to set objectives for the team
Ability to train team members and help their growth
Ability to set scopes and objectives for agencies and freelancers
Ability to be a media face for the company once it’s required
Ability to set matrix to evaluate the performance of MEC operations
