Experience in Admin & Operations officer position with sound knowledge in MS Office / Word / Excel/PowerPoint/ Microsoft Access. Driving License: – Should have A valid Qatar Driving license
Visa status: – Should have / Valid Qatar ID or sponsor visa with Valid Qatar ID
Skills & Experience
knowledge in importing & Marketing. Assist in copy-typing / completing of ‘standard’ procurement-related documents/formats (which includes a request for Quotation forms (RFQs), Procurement Summaries, Invitation to Bid (ITB) letters, Purchase order, etc).
• Assist the Procurement Executives in the commercial evaluation of low-value bids by producing the necessary commercial evaluation summary tables, checking arithmetic calculations involved in such evaluation summaries.
• Maintain and update the Materials/Services Requisition (MSR) Register/ Tracking system and Request for Quotations (RFQs) / Invitation to Bid (ITB) Register.
• Assist in sending facsimiles of RFQ/ITB documents/Technical Clarifications to approved bidders and to arrange the mailing/delivery of the original documents to the bidders concerned.
• Assist in photocopying, binding, and arranging courier-mailing of Tender Plans and Techno-Commercial Evaluation and Award Recommendation Reports to PETRONAS, formal Contract documents meant for issuance to successful bidders, and file copies of Purchase Orders (POs) issued to successful bidders in the Section’ PO (General) Folder.
• Assist in preparing to report for PSC Contracts/Purchasing Monitoring System (PCM), Monthly Tender Status Update for PETRONAS Tender Secretaries report and any other procurement reports as required by JX NIPPON and PETRONAS.
