In the Financial Business Consultant position you will be joining our growing business as a Financial Consultant. You will use your strong analytical skills to perform financial performance reviews and conduct thorough assessment of a project or product’s feasibility from a financial standpoint for each of our clients.

From this analysis you will form and convincingly present your advice/recommendations either via Zoom, MS Teams, telephone or in a face to face environment. We expect the candidate has a strong grip on Excel/Sheets, Powerpoint/Slides and is able to present information in a professional and aesthetic format.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough analysis of a client’s initiative/project from a financial standpoint
Be able to create/analyze the below financial analyses/documents:
Income Statement
Cash Flow Statement
Balance Sheet
Create/Evaluate DCF, IRR, Financial Ratios
Build advanced and detailed business/financial models with excel or other modelling tools to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios.
Perform valuation analyses using various available valuation methodologies.
Conduct market research and summarize findings and conclusions, based on large amounts of data.
Participate in team and client discussions and ensure key takeaways are captured
Prepare benchmarking studies on specific topics.
Design and create presentations for use in client-meetings or for internal discussions, covering topics such as strategic alternatives, M&A and corporate finance.
Provide overall support to senior team members in the preparation and execution of feasibility studies, presentations and
A mindset to learn, adapt and apply learnings is critical; there will be projects that the candidate may not be familiar with and we expect that the candidate makes a sincere effort to research, familiarize and give their absolute best to deliver on them

Qualifications

Recognized qualification in Finance and Accounting; CFA or equivalent qualification preferred
OR, Bachelors or Masters degree in a Business, or Finance related degree
Experience IT systems, processes, and financial tools, dashboards, valuation and analysis tools, ratios
Ability to seek and understand research, reports, financial market reports, and provide broad market sentiments and direction is important, including relevant sectors, real estate, industrial, etc.
Minimum 4 years of work experience in a relevant field
Sound understanding of Corporate Finance principles and methodologies.
Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Strong financial modelling, analytical and overall advanced excel skills.
Candidate must be based out of Doha
