Assist in managing the direct business portfolio by following up the lost accounts on behalf of the company.
Establish a good relation with the client by visiting them frequently and providing information about the policies.
Diligently work on bringing back the lost insurance business with former direct clients of the company.
Communicate with customers and underwriters to determine which types of insurance are offered and in which are most applicable to the specific customer.
Guarantee that all necessary paperwork is complete prior to having the insurance policy in place. If required, delivering of insurance documents to the customers.
Assisting debt collectors at time of difficulties by following up with customers.
Assisting with claims documentation if needed.
Any other duties as required.
