Exciting opportunity for a seasoned IT Security Specialist to join a dynamic team in Qatar:
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Security Specialist to play a key role in safeguarding our organization’s IT infrastructure. This 18-month contract position offers the chance to live and work in Qatar while contributing to a secure and stable IT environment.
Responsibilities
Design and implement secure cloud and on-premise infrastructure solutions.
Identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks related to Azure deployments.
Manage IT operations and security best practices.
Maintain a strong understanding of information and application security in an enterprise setting.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of security protocols.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Science, Electronics, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in IT security or a directly relevant field.
7+ years of experience in information and application security at the enterprise level.
3+ years of experience in a similar security role with comparable team size and task complexity.
Experience with Azure cloud security is a plus.
