Plan and modify products to meet customer needs
• Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
• Recommend suitable configurations to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production
• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
• Analysing costs and sales
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education

• Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
• Infrastructure Installation: Installation of all the Infrastructure Networks, Security & Systems.
• SonicWall NSA 2650 or Fortinet : Administration, Assigning Static IP addresses, Block External Users and Mobile Phones and Troubleshooting
• Cisco 3750G Series Switches: Taking Backup of the Managed Switches & Troubleshooting for ports down.
• IP Phones: Configuration of the IP phones, working with Citrix XenCenter, Digium Gateway, and elastix.
• XenServer: Virtualization, Administration & Configuration for IP phones.
· Excellent communications skills for technical and non-technical audiences, team player, resourceful, with attention to details
· Experience with DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, LAN / WAN, Wireless, SMTP and SNMP
· Sound hands-on experience, in Digital CCTV assembling, configuring, troubleshooting, calibration, configuring through switches with VLAN concept
· Excellent understanding of all elements of network security (firewalls, enterprise antivirus, ant spam, IDS, IPS, DMZ)
· Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills
· Configure, install, Windows server, VMware ESXI, Linux Server Citrix and Hyper V
· Help: Desk Software & Hardware Installation & Troubleshooting & Help Desk Support.
· Office 365: Outlook email accounts and OneDrive configuration
· Printers installations and file sharing
· Managing Wired & Wireless LAN, WAN, Routing and Switching, Configuring inter-VLAN communication and Firewall.
· Assisting in planning and implementation of major modifications to the supporting regional Infrastructure.
· Interacts with the end users at all levels to help, resolve IT-related issues and provides solutions in a timely fashion.
· Social Media Updating.
· Train staff about potential uses of existing technology.
· Providing hardware and network support.
· Server Maintenance.
· Experience in IPBAX with multiple SIP lines and VOIP ( Voice over IP )
