About the Role:-
Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.
Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
Ensuring compliance with Qatari labor laws and regulations.
Maintaining a positive and productive work environment for all employees.
Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Qualifications:-
Proven experience as an HR professional in the luxury hospitality industry (4-star and 5-star hotels) in Qatar.
A strong understanding of Qatari labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
The ability to build strong relationships with staff at all levels.
A passion for luxury hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
A valid Qatar Residency (QID).
