Job Title: Secretary

Job Responsibilities:
Manage correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
Prepare and draft official letters and reports.
Organize appointments, meetings, and prepare minutes.
Maintain and archive files and documents systematically and confidentially.
Support daily administrative tasks and assist the management team.
Welcome and deal with visitors and clients professionally.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
2–5 years of proven experience as a Secretary.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Professional appearance and ability to work under pressure.
