IT Contract Specialist

Hiring IT Contract Specialist for a client in Doha, Qatar!

Location: Doha, Qatar

Salary: 8000 – 10,000 QAR

Key Accountabilities:

 Responsible for all aspects of IT contract management including contract review, amendment, creation, and renewal.

 Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to mediate contractual terms with vendors (including framework agreements and consulting agreement), to ensure that all company’s interest are covered.

 Conduct analysis on current contracts to identify potential risk and opportunities.

 Support in the development and implementation of an efficient IT procurement process that includes development of tender plans, preparation of tendering documents and presentation to relevant approval committees.

 Review funding expenditures and invoices for accuracy based on contract specifications, monitor cost portion of contracts and report overages and/or deviations to the supervisor responsible for that contract.

 Assist in keeping the section up to date on all IT procurement and contractual activities.

 Prepare and maintain accurate and accessible computerized copy filing systems.

 Resolves issues relative to IT procurements, solicitations, contract formats, schedules, negotiations, awards, modifications, and amendments.
