We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to our strict recipes and quality standards, ensuring every plate that leaves the kitchen is perfect.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
· Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
· Prepare food for service ( chopping vegetables, butchering meat, preparing sauces0
· Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion.
· Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
· Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
· Clean and maintain station in an orderly fashion.
Proven experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook.
· Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
· Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
· Familiarity with industry best practices and a strong commitment to food safety (ServSafe certification a plus).
· Ability to stand for long periods and work in a high-temperature environment.
· A team player with excellent communication skills.
· A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
