looking for western experienced ITSM professionals to join in new role in Qatar

exp: 10+ years minimum In ITSM -ITIL Background

Position Description – Lead the ITIL Service Management processes maturity development.

Convene and facilitate IT service management forums (weekly for operational governance) and (monthly for tactical governance).

Maintain consolidated Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies (RAID) tracker for each process.

Performing and reviewing detailed analysis and developing recommendations.

Provide support and mentoring to ITIL process owners.

Roles and responsibilities:-

• Lead on the creation, implementation and monitoring of an effective ITIL V3 framework

• Develop standards and processes, within the context of clients IT service priorities

• Develop internal controls, best practices initiatives by proactively exploring control deficiencies associated with IT processes

• Support implementation of Cobit Governance & quality assurance framework

• Ensure internal controls and process compliance across clients IT and Service Providers through regular audits, following a risk-based approach that balances efforts with risks, risk identification and management / mitigation

• Ensure all communications are clear, effective and appropriately targeted

• Responsible for coaching the process owners and encouraging compliance to processes.

• Provides subject matter expertise to process Owners and process working group members on ITIL V3 and Service management.

• Gathers requirements on ITIL V3 aligned service management processes.

• Finalizes process flows and process assets and facilitating process definition

• Finalizes service management process architecture and process assets.

• Co-ordinates with team to provide the right inputs for process definitions.

• Reviews the deliverables provided by the team before they are presented to the process owners and approval by ED-IT

• Conducts impacts assessment of process managers.

• Ensure Stakeholder management of process owner/Managers.

• Escalating issues related to respective project/work stream to the engagement team.

Required Qualifications:-

• 6 – 8 Year of overall experience in ITSM practices in managing various ITIL process roles.

• 3 – 4 Year of Experience in a ITSM process development and improvement

• Should have excellent process understanding. Experienced in Process designing, process mapping in at least 2 enterprise ITSM engagements.

• Should be a certified practitioner in core IT ITIL practices

• Must be a ITIL V3 Expert, good to have ITIL V4, ISO20000 and COBIT 2019

Must have Previous experience in handling Western ITSM roles
Desired Skills :-

• Project Management methodology like PRINCE2, Agile, and Lean etc. Certification will be preferred.

• Knowledge and experience of ISO 21500:2012, ISO 20000, ISO 9001, Six Sigma.

• Should possess strong Analytical, Problem Solving, Leadership, Negotiation and liaising skills.

• Strong client engagement and presentation skills.

• Should be an excellent team player.
