Knowledgeable in handling shipment (Import & Export)
– Booking and monitoring upcoming goods
– Coordinating with both supplier, agent and client for moving the cargo
– Checking and confirmation for require shipping document for clearance
– Negotiate shipping cost charges
· Maintain administrative works and coordinate with each department
· Knowledgeable for Vendors and Tender application
· Maintain and Organize Employee and Company record
– Airfare reservations for both employees and company guests
– Hotel booking for upcoming guest
– Monitor Employee QID and Passport expiry
– Monitor and process Vehicle License and Insurance expiry
· Able to work in a minimal supervision under pressure
· ERP Next software background knowledge is additional advantage
