WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MAINTENANCE WORKER TO JOIN OUR ORGANIZATION AND HELP US MAINTAIN A QUALITY WORK ENVIRONMENT. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO LOOK AFTER HVAC, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, AND ALL GENERAL MAINTENANCE TASKS OF THE WORKPLACE. YOUR CONTRIBUTION WILL SIGNIFICANTLY IMPACT THE WORKPLACE ATMOSPHERE AND CONTRIBUTE TO OUR ORGANIZATION’S IMAGE.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintaining records of any work and inspections are done on-premises.
• Performing inventory on repair supplies
• Keeping repair tools and supplies clean and organized.
• Setting up repair appointments with mechanics or electricians when needed.
• Making and installing new furniture or equipment
• Ensuring all safety systems are functioning correctly, including smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
• Conducting routine maintenance on equipment and building systems
• Completing safety checks on systems and equipment
• Performing general maintenance tasks for the building or buildings, such as window washing, drywall repair, plastering, carpentry, flooring repair, painting, and more
• Detecting, identifying, and repairing building issues, like fundamental problems with the, split AC , window AC and HVAC systems
• Responding to and completing supervisor maintenance requests.
• Doing pest control, pool maintenance, plumbing and building’s electrical.
Maintenance Worker Requirements and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a maintenance worker or other similar position, preferably in a corporate setting
• well experienced in working with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Experience working with tools, including hand and electrical tools
• Successful completion of on-site apprenticeship training required.
• Ability to read and utilize technical manuals and drawings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• General passion for creative problem-solving
