Description
A Lighting company is in need of Cad Operator with 5 years’ experience.
Duties include but not limited to:
• Understands the equations, calculations and written instructions from designers and engineers before beginning a CAD drawing.
Assists in planning, developing and coordinating integrated interior and exterior architectural lighting design solutions in conjunction with sales
• Responsible for key design phase services consisting of conceptual work sessions, lighting effect renderings, luminaire selection, lighting systems budget and energy analysis.
• Assemble documents packages and develop drawing sets to be reviewed by an electrical engineer or Sales.
• Prepare drafts of wiring diagrams, working drawings, wiring connection specifications along with underground cables cross-sections as needed installation crew instructions.
• Study and interpret work order requests to identify the type of service like power and lighting required by the installation.
• Delivered efficient and effective work by quickly resolving time-sensitive delays in a professional manner.
• Responsible for updating Website and I pad.
• Documenting phase services including lighting layouts, specifications, details, and lighting calculations.
• Working on 3D modelling programs (3DMax, Sketch Up) and image editing software (Adobe Creative Suite)
• Fluent in English
