Recruitment Coordinator with healthcare background
Temporary Position: to join ASAP – 03 months duration
Must be under FAMILY SPONSORSHIP or FREELANCE, no visa to be provided
Salary: 7,800 QAR full package (package optional)

Assists in collecting the documents for pre and post-offer
Coordinates with the internal stakeholders and candidates to schedule interviews
Collect candidate references
Coordinates scheduling of interviews
Acts as a point of contact with the candidate and hiring manager throughout the mobilization/ onboarding process.
Provides candidate status updates to the hiring managers.
Initiates, monitors, and ensures all pre-employment mobilization/onboarding processes are completed, including a background investigation, medical checks, and visa processing.
