Meat Factory
We are a reputed FMCG (Food Production) company in Doha looking for an urgent position of an experienced QA/QC Microbiologist to be joined immediately.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Ø Conduct personal, pre-, and post-operational hygiene inspections, and oversee fumigation inside the factory.
Ø Perform microanalysis of meat products, inspect goods received, and monitor product expiry.
Ø Control labeling, issue and verify product specifications, and raise corrective action requests for deviations.
Ø Monitor CCP/OPRP/PRP compliance, GMP, GLP, pest control, and sanitation programs.
Ø Ensure proper chemical usage, oversee thawing verification, and direct housekeeping for cleaning schedules.
Prepare QC reports, upload data, and maintain effective communication within production and housekeeping teams.
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years of Gulf Experience in the Meat Processing field.
· BSC (Minimum) / MSC Microbiology.
· Ability to handle all types of QC Microbiologist Activity.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Ready to join Immediately (RP Transfer/Secondment Applicable)
