We are seeking an experienced and proactive MEP Supervisor to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for prestigious high-rise building projects in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day MEP site activities, installations, testing & commissioning.
• Oversee chiller plant, VRV/VRF systems, fire alarm, and firefighting systems.
• Ensure compliance with all local safety codes, standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Address tenant complaints, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely solutions.
• Maintain strict adherence to preventive maintenance schedules and quality standards.
• Prepare detailed reports, inspections, and project documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).
• Proven experience in MEP supervision for high-rise construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and local authority regulations.
• Excellent team management and coordination skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Qatar with a valid transferable QID.
