MEP Supervisor

As an MEP Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our organization, supervising and managing MEP activities to ensure smooth project execution. Your key responsibilities will include:

✅ Verifying and updating the asset register, ensuring its integrity and completeness.

✅ Overseeing asset tagging processes and ensuring compliance with established standards.

✅ Conducting thermography testing for electrical equipment and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.

✅ Performing facility inspections to identify potential issues and initiate corrective actions.

✅ Coordinating and supervising MEP installation and maintenance activities.

✅ Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.

✅ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure timely project completion.

✅ Providing guidance and support to MEP technicians and ensuring their adherence to best practices.

💼 Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.

✅ Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor or in a similar leadership position.

✅ Sound knowledge of MEP systems, installation methods, and maintenance practices.

✅ Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

✅ Strong leadership and team management skills.

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

✅ Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines.

💰 Salary: QAR 3,500.00 per month (Full Package)

Working Hours: 10 Hours per Day / 6 Days a week.
