Admin Assistant
Role Description
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries with management advice.
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
Manage and maintain files, records, and databases (monitoring)
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Handle incoming and outgoing documents and emails.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing and filing.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Prior experience as an administrative assistant or similar role is preferred
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field is preferred
Preferably no GCC experience
Preferably Filipina
