Job Responsibilities 

Software Deployment

Arranging Software Demos with Customer

Coordination between Client and Projects Team

Project Technical Documentation

Setting up of Servers, Environment, Pre-requisites for Software Deployment

Provide Software Training to Customers

Customer Support on technical issues and project maintenance

Knowledge Skills Abilities

Experience with the network or host-based Intrusion Detection, penetration/vulnerability testing and evaluations.

Knowledge of commonly exploited security vulnerabilities.

Solid working understanding of TCP/IP and networking protocols.

Knowledge using log aggregation tools and log analysis techniques.

Knowledge of data privacy laws and associated security requirements.

Skill in configuring, deploying, and monitoring security infrastructure.

Skilled in network intrusion detection and vulnerability assessment/penetration tests.

Ability to communicate complex technical information to people in non-technical terms, excellent written and oral skills.

Knowledge of security protocols and applications, including PKI and SSH, etc. a plus.

a)            Windows Server 2016 or above administration

b)           Exchange Server deployment and maintains

c)            Windows Clustering

d)           Windows Certificate administration

e)            IIS Administration

f)             Web Hosting

g)            Encryption and decryption process

h)           VMWare workstation deployment

i)             CMD instructions

j)             Group Policy

k)            Sandbox, DLP, SharePoint, Citrix Share file

l)             A clear understanding of application lifecycle development (SDLC).

m)        Standard network terminology as it pertains to file transfer (MPLS, SFTP, NDM, Firewall, Proxy, etc.)

Skills & Experience

Professional certifications (MCSE/ MCSA, CCNA, CCNP, …etc) is a plus
