▪️ Perform analytical research and reporting.
▪️ Research best practices in compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
▪️ Compare benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses.
▪️ Conduct periodic audits, prepare, and present reports.
▪️ Design reports and recommendations based on research and analysis for senior executive team.
▪️ Skills in HRIS / SAP, Computer Literacy, Proficiency in MS package, Qatar Labor Laws & Regulations, Data Collection & Analysis.
