Lead, L&D Projects ( For Nationals Only)
This position is under the Human Resources Division/Training and reports to: N+1= Head, Learning & Development, N+2= Human Resources Manager
Learning & Development covers the entire chain from learning strategy to application of competence management, learning programmes design and delivery. This includes integration of competence management, identification of development needs, design and delivery of trainings, evaluation of effectiveness of training interventions. This is targeted to enable the development of personnel through training interventions to raise the capabilities and performance in NOC.
The Lead for L&D Project role purpose is to oversee, plan and facilitate the execution of ongoing L&D projects, among them are NOC Competence Framework, Leadership Development Framework, Succession Planning and any future upcoming projects.
Activities
Plan, coordinate and monitor progress and implementation for an array of the Learning & Development projects (NOC Competence Framework, Leadership Development framework, Leadership training portfolio and other projects as they emerge with the evolution of NOC and L&D)
Coordinate L&D Dashboard, gather and analyze learning KPIs, contribute to data analysis and reviews, and liaise and provide input into other entities Dashboards (into HSEQ, technical entities Dashboards)
Closely work with the Training Partners and broader L&D team on L&D communication and engagement plans with the business and stakeholders, in the project areas like Competence Assessment and Competence Development, Leadership development, and other core projects)
Enable in I-Excel NOC-wide mandatory corporate trainings, like Code of Conduct and Ethics, LEAN, Cybersecurity, and other online courses, and regularly report out to the key stakeholder on completion rates
Execute any NOC-wide learning offerings (lunch and learns, online and virtual trainings)
Maintain the NOC L&D branding, thru enabling well-presented LMS home pages, up-to-date L&D page on the company Intranet, and L&D information page under HR webpage
Create and maintain the NOC Learning Calendar (description of available trainings for various audiences, with the timelines and links to the learning resources)
Oversee the preparation of the Annual Training Budget, planning and monitoring the budget spent to be on-target
Contribute to identifying Cost saving and Cost optimization opportunities in the are of Learning & Development
Conduct training evaluations to measure training effectiveness and efficiency of the design and content and delivery, as well as extent to which it meets training objectives
Analyze audience feedback on Training effectiveness to pursue continuous improvements in training design and delivery
Take part in vendor selection and evaluation, when choosing external providers
Profile Requested
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration/Education preferably with a Major in Human Resources Management
Experience: Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources or Learning & Development function
Proficient in MS Office applications and communication platforms (TEAMS, ZOOM, Skype)
Customer focus, communication, results oriented, planning and accountability
Critical thinking and data analysis
Facilitation and coaching skills, Change Management skills, knowledge of Talent Processes (Succession Planning, Potential Assessments, Leadership development)
