We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Safety Officer with a strong background in hospitality to join our team and ensure compliance with safety regulations across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures tailored to the hospitality industry.
Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits across all departments.
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international health and safety regulations.
Deliver safety training and workshops to employees, promoting a culture of safety.
Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports with recommendations to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with management to ensure safety standards are integrated into daily operations.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations, proactively suggesting improvements.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Occupational Safety Officer, preferably in the hospitality industry.
In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and emergency response planning.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and train employees at all levels.
Relevant certifications are highly desirable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks effectively.
A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
