Are you a detail-oriented and organized HR professional seeking a dynamic role in the Oil & Gas industry?
We’re looking for a motivated HR Assistant to join our team in Qatar and play a key role in supporting our recruitment and talent acquisition efforts.
About the Role:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our HR department. Your key responsibilities will include:
Maintaining, organizing, and updating our candidate database.
Assisting in sourcing and shortlisting qualified candidates for open positions.
Coordinating with manpower supply agencies (local and international) to fulfill our recruitment needs.
Filing and organizing HR correspondence, ensuring all documents are properly categorized.
Supporting the HR Officer with day-to-day tasks.
Taking on additional projects assigned by your supervisor and management.
What You’ll Bring:
At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
