AKLOGIKS is seeking an experienced Oracle DBA to ensure the performance, integrity, and security of our Oracle databases. This role involves planning and developing databases, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data is accessible and recoverable.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Install and configure Oracle database software and tools.
2. Design database structures and schemas.
3. Monitor and optimize database performance.
4. Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies.
5. Implement and enforce database security policies.
6. Monitor database health using automated tools.
7. Provide technical support and troubleshoot database issues.
8. Document configurations and changes.
9. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
3+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA.
