We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PDI Supervisor to oversee the Pre-Delivery Inspection process for our automotive dealership. The ideal candidate will ensure that all new vehicles are inspected, prepared, and delivered to customers in perfect condition, following manufacturer standards and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all Pre-Delivery Inspection activities for new vehicles.
Assign tasks and monitor performance of PDI technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
Inspect vehicles to verify quality, safety, and compliance with manufacturer guidelines before delivery.
Ensure all PDI checklists and documentation are accurately completed and filed.
Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for vehicle delivery schedules.
Report and address any defects or issues found during the inspection process.
Maintain proper inventory and records of PDI tools, equipment, and consumables.
Provide training and guidance to PDI team members to maintain quality standards.
Ensure a safe and clean working environment in the PDI facility.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
Proven experience in PDI operations within an automotive dealership or service center.
Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using automotive inspection tools and reporting systems.
Knowledge of manufacturer guidelines for new vehicle preparation.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
