PERI is looking to hire an experienced Sales Executive for our Qatar office to expand sales in targeted market of Plywood and wood products.
Position:
Sales Executive – Plywood / Full time
Main Accountabilities/Duties:
Meeting new customers/contractors, understand their needs in order to sell the right product.
Attending to customer inquiries (walk-in, via phone, E-mail, Fax) and efficiently respond on time by effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Follow up on all enquiries including payment and preparation of proposals where necessary.
Process sales orders, monitor inventories, demand planning and budgeting.
Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
Searching and finding of new leads.
Prepare accurate and professional sales correspondence and reports if required.
Liaise among sales, other departments, and clients to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs.
Maintain product portfolio updated to the dynamic market.
Desired Skills & Experience
Graduate in business administration / commercial education with high communicative competence.
Relevant experience in commodity sales to the construction or formwork industry.
Good verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English and Arabic.
Knowledge in Outlook, Microsoft word, Excel and Power Point.
Ability to work both in a team and at times under minimal supervision.
Confident and objective appearance / responsible personality.
Efficient negotiations and working style
Multitasking and flexible.
Valid Qatar driving license is a must.
