Job Description
• Outsourcing employees on short term & long term basis
• Build long-term relationships with clients
• Recognize and strive to meet client’s hiring needs (long term & short term)
• Create and implement recruiting strategies
• Create and post job advertisements
• Search for potential candidates using hiring databases and social media
• Assess applications and resumes
• Screen applicants before the interviewing process
• Match applicants to job positions
• Prepare contracts with outsourced employees
• Address and resolve grievances raised by clients & employees
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment & outsourcing
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, marketing or related field
• Preferably with work experience in HR consulting firm
• Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques
• Customer Service and sales skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to make reasonable decisions
• Experience using applicant tracking and recruitment marketing software
• Excellent with prioritization and time-management
• Well versed with Qatar Labor Law
