Responsible for the cleanliness of assigned guest rooms and service areas.
Respect guest privacy when the room is on “Do not disturb” status.
Ensure master keys are kept secure at all times.
Responsible for cleaning equipment and machinery.
Report if any loss or damage of linen, furniture, fixture or equipment, Lost & Found items to the Supervisor or Shift Leader.
Report maintenance deficiencies to Housekeeping Supervisor or Shift Leader.
Provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.
Carry out other tasks as directed by your Supervisors.
