Job Description: Main Responsibility:
Responsible for operating the HVAC & refrigeration plants and daily logging of all operating conditions.
To perform periodical, preventive and breakdown maintenance of large HVAC technician and refrigeration plants.
Knowledge on large seawater cooled chillers, troubleshooting on electrical and electronic controls of air-conditioning systems are desired.
Responsible for all on-site coordination with company personnel.
Requesting and Closing the work permit and to carry out the permitted job in with HSE requirements.
Co-ordinate with company warehouse for the issue of materials,
Ensure that all activities related to his discipline are performed safely and efficiently in line with company objectives.
Attend and conduct the toolbox meetings.
Skills & Experience
Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration and Industrial Training or TRADESMAN CERTIFICATE with good knowledge of English.
Minimum of 5 years experience in Facilities and Maintenance Projects preferably in Oil and Gas/petrochemical live plants environment.
Adequate Electrical and electronic knowledge of AC Control and Control panels.
Knowledge in Temperature, pressure and Flow switches and transmitters and motorized valves.
Minimum of 5 Years experiences on the maintenance of AC plants and chillers, preferably in the industrial environment.
Must be able to read and understand electrical and control wiring diagrams of AC Plants, able to read maintenance instructions and manuals.
Knowledge of English, both spoken and reading is essential.
