📍 Location: Qatar
Responsibilities:
Prepare and present comprehensive monthly reports to support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with procurement team members to automate procurement activities within the ERP system, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
Liaise with the Finance department to address any discrepancies in received invoices or provide assistance related to supply chain activities.
Initiate communication with selected suppliers to obtain accurate and timely quotations as per the instructions of the Procurement Manager.
Execute all procurement activities in alignment with the directions of the Procurement Manager, maintaining adherence to procurement guidelines.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
5 years of proven experience in procurement and supply chain management.
Proficiency in dealing with our company’s ERP system, with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with internal departments and external suppliers.
Knowledge of automated procurement processes and their implementation within an ERP system.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent problem-solving skills to address unforeseen challenges in procurement and ERP system usage.
