We are looking for a Procurement Specialist with experience in Facility Management to manage the sourcing and purchasing of goods and services required for building operations, maintenance, and related services. The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement while maintaining cost-efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and negotiate with vendors for FM-related materials and services (e.g., HVAC, MEP, AMC contracts).
Prepare and process purchase orders and contracts.
Work closely with Facility Management teams to understand procurement needs.
Maintain vendor records, pricing, and performance evaluations.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to support facility operations.
Track budgets and monitor cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in procurement, specifically within Facility Management.
Good knowledge of FM services, materials, and supplier base.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of procurement experience in a Facility Management environment.
