We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production Supervisor & Quality Controller with a strong background in the FMCG sector, preferably with hands-on experience in the bakery industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Supervision:
Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Coordinate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Monitor raw material usage and reduce production waste.
Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of production equipment.
Implement best practices in food safety and hygiene standards.
Quality Control:
Develop and enforce quality control procedures and standards.
Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and final goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
Conduct regular audits and inspections across the production line.
Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (Qatar’s local and international standards).
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a production and/or quality control role in the FMCG sector.
Bakery industry experience is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of food safety, HACCP, and GMP protocols.
Knowledge of production machinery, equipment, and processes specific to bakery items.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and basic production/quality management software.
Work under in shift-based schedules.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Technology, Engineering, or related field.
