As a Property Consultant you will provide expert advice to clients on investing in real estate and support our clients in leasing or selling their properties. You will also be responsible for conducting market research and analysis to ensure effective real estate marketing strategies are used to meet client needs. Your daily tasks will include site visits, maintaining property databases, preparing property reports and marketing materials, managing client relationships, and negotiating deals for clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 1 years of relevant work experience in state of Qatar.
- Strong communication skills, ability to articulate clearly in both written and oral formats and communicate with a wide range of people
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously and be highly organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and ability to learn new technology quickly
- Knowledge of property laws and regulations in Qatar
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible
